Shipping & Returns
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.
Note: We will only ship to customers residing in New Zealand.
Our Estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days (North Island) and 3-5 working days (South Island).
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
- All products have a money back guarantee if returned within 60 days of purchase provided the following:
- The product must be in a saleable condition
- The product must be un-used and in original packaging.
- If a product is date stamped and returned – the expiry date must leave HHL over 12 months to resell.
- HHL will not accept returns of the following products:
- Anything that touches the body - face masks, disposable gloves – hats etc
- Any Food items
- Nappy Bins which have been used
- Items that were bought on special.
- Items that cannot be proved were purchased from HHL.
- If there is any doubt about a Return/Refund operations will contact the Sales Rep for clarification. If there is further doubt, then HHL Management will be involved.
Obviously there will be exceptions to this Policy and these should be dealt with individually by HHL Management.
For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
